Excellent choice on the menu and the midweek offer is fantastic value for money. Good choice for vegetarians and the chef was happy to adjust ingredients accordingly. Wine choice also fantastic! Black pudding starter was delicious. Excellent portion size. Improvement suggestion would be a little more bread would have made it perfect. King prawn linguine again delicious, again minor comment would be that the chilli's didn't have much of a kick or a little more would make it perfect. Creme brulee - texture and portion size perfect,suggestion point a little more vanilla and a little more sugar. This restaurant is a little gem in Hindley, and I intend to visit much more.
