Party Booking Terms

Deposit

All Party Bookings are required to pay a £5 Per Person booking fee at time of booking, which will be deducted from the final bill on the evening.
If the number of people changes, Toscana restaurant requires notice of the change in numbers 24 hours prior to the booking date and time so no deposits will be lost and the restaurant has time to rectify tables and seating plans to accomodate those changes.
For every person that does not attend on the evening, without prior notification 24 hours before, will lose their £5 deposit per person who did not attend on the evening to offset the loss.
All party bookings are taken in good faith but are considered as provisional bookings only until the deposit fee has been paid.

Service Charge

All party bookings over 8 people are also subject to a 10% service charge on the final bill. The service charge can only be removed if there was sufficient reason or cause in the unlikely event of Toscana Restaurant not fulfilling their part of the service arrangements or the service was not of an expected standard. The Manager on shift can rectify all issues on the evening and please consult with the manager if you have any concerns of this prior to dining at the establishment.
